What counts as a piece?

Every label Skuflo prints is one piece. A divan set with a base and a headboard is two pieces.

What happens if I go over my plan?

Nothing stops working. Extra pieces are billed at 8p on Starter, 5p on Growth and 3p on Scale, and we will tell you when moving up a plan would be cheaper.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14 day trial, no card needed. Annual plans get onboarding free.

Do my retailers need to pay?

No. Every retailer you invite gets their own portal free. They see their orders, you get fewer calls.

What is on the Enterprise plan?

Groups with several factories or very high volumes. Pricing on application, with custom integrations, your own portal domain and an SLA.

Which scanners and printers work?

Any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner and any thermal printer that takes 100 by 150 labels.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.
