Order in, list built
Your retailer sends the order through their portal or API, or you upload their sheet. Every row is checked, each unit is split into the pieces it ships as, and it lands on the right day’s production list.
Labels printed
One 100 by 150 label per piece, with order, SKU, colour and piece number. Reprint any label at any time from the order.
Manufactured
The piece is built, the label goes on, and the workstation scanner marks it made. Scanners are locked to their job, so nothing is marked twice.
Into stock
Finished pieces are booked onto a rack location, so pickers know exactly where every piece of an order is waiting.
Loaded
The van pulls up, the loader scans each piece on. When the last piece of an order is loaded, the order is dispatched and your retailer sees it straight away.
